Mission:  New drug development, regulatory affairs, project management and team management.


Leads To Development is a Paris based service company that provides consultancy and hands-on management of the preclinical & non-clinical development of its clients’ new drug programmes, advancing them from the bench to the clinic. Using a team approach, we provide strategic advice, write development plans and undertake project management roles to implement these plans. We also deliver key regulatory documents including briefing documents, for scientific advice meetings, together with IBs and IMPDs, or INDs. We work on a wide variety of product types (NCEs, peptides, biologicals, ADCs, vaccines etc.) and indications (oncology, CNS, infectious, metabolic & auto-immune disorders etc.).


Candidates profile:

For this vacancy, we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate significant experience in the formal preclinical development of new products. Candidates with experience encompassing pharmacology, CMC, toxicology and regulatory affairs will be favoured. The successful applicant will play a key role in the company with responsibilities including team and project management, together with writing and reviewing key regulatory documents. This is an office-based role requiring scientific and regulatory rigour as well as outstanding problem solving and communication skills.


This role will also require team/personnel management experience. Applicants should be completely fluent in English (spoken and written). Candidates should be dynamic, out-going and be willing to take on a significant level of responsibility. This will be a permanent position, based in Paris (France), with a competitive salary, together with a bonus scheme awarding outstanding performance.

Leads To Development is pleased to announce that the team will be further expanded by the appointment of a new project manager. Julien holds a PhD from Université Pierre et Marie Curie, in addition to having gained R&D experience at the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Ulm) and Cambridge. He has experience in organic chemistry, molecular biology and polymer chemistry. Julien will play a role in both project management and writing regulatory documents that will be key in advancing our clients’ programmes.
